This is something that I personally believe is one of the most important “rules” in life. It boggles my mind when I run across someone who never lets loose or someone who’s day to day life never changes. How can people not enjoy the life that they have?
YOU have ONE life. That’s it! Make it the life that you have always wanted it to be. If you are not happy, and not enjoying yourself, and not having fun with YOUR OWN LIFE, you need to find out what will make you happy. Find out what in life it is that you REALLY enjoy. Figure out how to have fun EVERY day. I’m not saying that it will necessarily be easy, but it is something that you HAVE to do, to be healthy, to be happy, and to better the lives of those you love.
The reason that I became a personal trainer is that I LOVE helping people. I love seeing people be happy with themselves. I love making a difference in people’s lives. Personal training is one of the most rewarding jobs that someone could have, because you have the ability to inspire people everyday to become healthier, break bad habits, and live a better life.
I think every person should wake up everyday and ask themselves, “How can I better myself today?”, or “How can I help someone today?”. If people now a days asked themselves that, we would have a much happier and healthier (both mentally and physically) society than what we are all used to living in now.
What inspires you? Why does it inspire you? How can you take that inspiration and spread it to others in your personal life, your work life, and your community? Be an inspiration to others and you will find that it is rewarding your life as well as others.
I am one of the most honest girls you will ever meet — almost TOO honest…to be honest! HA! To me, you should never try to be something or someone you are not. When you do, you are putting yourself in an unhealthy place, you are doing things that you do not truly believe in or support, which will take it’s toll on you emotionally and as we all know, emotional health can hinder, or improve, physical health.
Live everyday how you WANT to live your life. Don’t listen to anyone else or follow anyone else because you think that is what people want. People want to know the REAL YOU, and if they don’t like the real you, then they are not worth your time anyway. People will respect you far more for your beliefs and your ideas when it comes from YOU and YOUR heart. Be genuine and see how your life can change.
