I have recently gotten into JUICING…no not steroids! HA! Fruit juice!

I have had a juicer for years and never really used it…until NOW! I use it everyday! The first juice I ever had was a Carrot Apple Ginger Juice from this little juice bar in Brooklyn. I recreated it and I have it once or twice a week in addition to my green juices.

It has a little pinch of Cayenne for a little KICK! Which is great because cayenne is great for boosting up your metabolism and also helps decrease hunger!

Carrot Apple Ginger Juice


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 red apple, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, skin removed
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled
  • pinch cayenne

Instructions

  1. Juice all fruits and vegetables, alternating between them. Add a pinch of cayenne and stir in.
