Five Minute Freezer Fudge
Boy, do we have a treat for you! This freezer fudge melts in your mouth almost instantly. Deanna used to drag me to the fair to get fudge every time it came into town, and she would walk away with crazy flavors like Cookies ‘n’ Cream and Peanut Butter. Fudge was never really one of my favorite treats, but I will tell you that this recipe has changed my mind, for sure! This fudge tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough, which is one of my favorite flavors…if your don’t believe me check out our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Yogurt Recipe.
Now lets face it, everyone loves to have a yummy dessert here and there..and that is ok! There are a few things I look for when I consider eating dessert… I want it to be delicious and sweet, and I don’t want to walk away feeling sluggish and bloated (and that is hard to achieve), but this fudge is exactly that! I feel light, healthy AND my sweet tooth is definitely satisfied with just one small square!
We made this using our Homemade Almond Butter our always favorite Coconut Oil, and some heart healthy dark chocolate, because if you’ve seen our chocolate truffles recipe you know we both LOVE some dark chocolate! š
Deanna was lucky to snap a picture of these beautiful squares before one made it into my tummy! š
