It’s SCARY how close Halloween is, isn’t it?!
After 6 weeks of the #Lean4Halloween Challenge I can’t believe it’s finally here! This shockingly purple Witches Brew Smoothie is the perfect pick me up for mid-morning or afternoon meal! It’s frightening how simple it is to make, and I promise the ingredients won’t poison you! 😉
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your choice)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4 frozen strawberries
- handful frozen blackberries
- Blend all ingredients together for a scary good treat!
