As 2014 comes to a close, I am so proud and excited that The Live Fit Girls has been successful in its first year. I’ve never imagined that so many women would pin so many of our Workouts and Recipes on Pinterest, or even that my posts would show up on the top of so many Google searches! 🙂
As we head into 2015 I am so excited to announce that I have SO MUCH more in store for this blog! Starting in the new year I am EXTREMELY excited to announce that we will now be posting workout VIDEOS and launching a Youtube channel to help you reach your fitness goals in the new year!
But to hold you over until the New Year, I want to share with you the most popular workouts and recipes of 2014. Here’s just a little blast from the past for all of my faithful readers as well as for my new readers to enjoy!

5 – Natural DIY Coconut Oil Deodorant
After over a year of trying to find a natural deodorant that actually WORKS, I was able to find a homemade recipe that uses my favorite ingredient, Coconut Oil, as a base. Even 6 months later, this is the ONLY deodorant I use and am happy to say that it works flawlessly! 4 – Walk the Plank Workout

Here’s another Pinterest favorite. Kettlebells are one of the most popular pieces of fitness equipment right now. They are perfect for burning fat and torching calories. So naturally I love using them with my go-go-go lifestyle. So this total body workout will get it all in, in just 30 minutes or less! Find the workout here.
2 – Resistance Band Ab Workout
Who knew so many people would want a resistance band workout for abs? This is the most popular workout of 2014. This amazing ab workout sculpts all parts of those abs, upper, lower, and sides.
