This is one of my favorite full body routines! This workout is based off a class I used to teach in NYC. This workout is designed to make those muscles shake and get your heart rate up to burn tons of calories and tone your entire body.
All you need is some 2-3 pound dumbbells – yes, that’s it!
Use super light weight, because I PROMISE you will feel it! I have a killer shoulder sequence in there that will make those shoulder burn! 😉
