As I’ve mentioned before, I really love how the BOSU challenges your balance and core strength, so it’s the perfect addition into your Pilates practice. It can make any Pilates move even more challenging and ignite muscles you didn’t even know you had! 😉
Complete this workout by itself for a quick 20 minute workout, or add it into you routine after a run or cardio session for a way to burn some serious calories!
