This week, I want to share a new fun (and rewarding!) way we can use our challenge to help others! One of your fellow Live Fit Girls, Kayla, signed our team up for an amazing app called Charity Miles that will donate to a charity for every mile we run, walk, bike, or just MOVE.

Quick Memorial Day Toning!
Happy Memorial Day!! Todays workouts are QUICK to get you ready for some holiday celebrations! Enjoy the day with friends and family, and indulge a little, you deserve it girl!
Start the day with 20 minutes of cardio! Make it INTENSE — it’s only 20 minutes! Try some HIIT workouts, run some stairs, or try some hills or sprints. Make it worth it today, you’ll be greatful later when you’re enjoying a glass of wine at the party! 😉
Check in for the new 10 Minute Pilates Abs Workout (it will be posted on Monday)! Complete the entire routine once for a super quick, yet super effective tummy toner!
Push Up Practice! – How are those push ups coming?! Today complete 3 sets of 15 push ups. If you haven’t yet, try some on your toes — remember, you’re stronger than you think!
Live Happy Challenge – Enjoy the holiday, and don’t worry if you indulge a little, we’re all human. Live a little, and know that you can get right back into the groove tomorrow!
Live Healthy Challenge – Enjoy a SMALL treat today. Make it something that is your favorite and that will be worth the splurge. You’ll feel better knowing that you put some thought into your little treat.
Cardio & Total Body
30 Minutes of Cardio – If you haven’t tried running yet, NOW is the time, ladies — even it’s only for 3 minutes. We all start at the bottom. Get out of your comfort zone today and try something new! Your body — and waistline — will thank you!
We’re getting right back in the saddle today after the holiday weekend with a Total Body Towel Workout. Complete the routine 3-4 times to tone up from head to toe!
Live Happy Challenge – Purge your pantry! Yes, we’ve done the refrigerator, the medicine cabinet, and your closet — now, it’s time for the pantry. Throw away anything that is expired or has been sitting in you pantry for months. Things seem to always accumulate way in the back. So, be sure to take everything out, and really do a good purge!
Live Healthy Challenge – Get in some Apple Cider Vinegar today. If you haven’t tried it yet, AVC should most definitely be in your pantry. There are so many benefits to this sweeter-tasting vinegar — like helping with tummy troubles, possibly regulating cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and it can even help with weight loss, appetite control, and energy.
Make sure to get unfiltered (and preferably organic) Apple Cider Vinegar. Unfiltered AVC will have sediment at the bottom, and that’s the good stuff with all of the benefits! You can try taking a tablespoons of it straight or create a yummy salad dressing with it!
Hump Day Booty
20 Minutes of Cardio to start the day off right — or end it right! 😉
We’re doing an LFG favorite today!! The Beautiful Beach Bum & Thighs to tighten, tone, and lift the backside. You will love how good the burn feels during this workout! (If you don’t have the resistance band loops, you can tie a regular band in a loop, or do the workout without a band completely.)
100 Squats or Lunges! – Change it up today! Try 25 regular squats, 25 plié squats, 25 right lunges, 25 left lunges — try any variations you’d like, and feel free to change the amount of reps for each one too!
Live Happy Challenge – Treat yourself to your favorite lunch. Whether you go to one of your favorite restaurants during your lunch hour, or bring your favorite meal to work. Enjoy a little mid-week pick me up!
Live Healthy Challenge – No foods from a box or bag today!! That means no pasta or grains too…try some sweet potatoes or extra veggies to fill you up. Think of today as a “whole food only” day. Everything should come in it’s most natural state!
It’s another Pilates AND yoga day. First, start with your 10 Minutes Full Body Pilates or head to your gym for a Pilates Mat class, or treat yourself to a reformer Pilates class! Then stretch it out with some yoga! (You can always do the 15 minute Relaxation Yoga Stretch routine — or you can try another yoga flow or a class if you’d like!)
*EXTRA CREDIT* – 20 Minutes of Cardio of your choice!
Live Happy Challenge – It’s time to clean out that never ending, bottom-less pit that IS your purse. Who knows how all of that stuff gets in there, but we all know there are some crazy things that come out whenever we clean it. So today, take some time to dig in there and clean out any receipts, make up, or whatever else may be in there. You’ll feel a weight (literally) lift off your shoulder the next time you’re carrying your purse around!
Live Healthy Challenge – Eat probiotic rich foods today — things like Greek yogurt, kefir, kombucha, and even sauerkraut! Probiotics are the good bacteria that your body and gut need to for proper digestion, nutrient absorption, and a healthy immune system. Aim to get at least one serving today, and try incorporating probiotics into your daily diet everyday.
HIIT & Arms
Start out with 20 minutes of cardio — anything you’d like! Running, walking, biking, kickboxing, stairs — anything goes!
We are going to finish the week with a BANG ladies! Finish up with your HIIT & Arms Fat Burning Circuit workout to blast some serious calories and tone every muscle! Complete 2-3 rounds.
Push Up Practice! — Complete 3 sets of 15 push ups. Remember, get up on those toes as much as possible!
Live Happy Challenge – Flex it Friday! Snap a sweaty selfie after your workout today, and share with the group a moment this week that you were proud of yourself. Whether it is something in the challenge you are happy about, or something at work, or in your personal life — let us know, we’d love to give you a little cheer for it!
Live Healthy Challenge – Ok, so today, no foods or drinks that are 5 ingredients or more! So check your nutrition labels before you take a bite. This will help you get more in the habit of checking foods before you buy them too!
5k & Abs
5k Run (or walk) or 10 Mile Bike Ride – Hello week 5 – 5k!! — We are on the second half of the challenge now, so make a goal for your week 8-5k time and start working towards that. You’ve got this girl!
After your run, it’s All About the Abs with a quick ab workout!
Live Happy Challenge – Share your 5k time with the group and let us know your goals for the end of the challenge!
Live Healthy Challenge – Try a new grain today! Try making something you’ve never tried before — barley, farro, freekeh, amaranth — find a recipe and get experimenting. If you like the recipe, share it with the community!
Self Love Sunday
Schedule a Sunday Brunch with family or friends. Either host at your house, one of their’s, or head to your favorite breakfast cafe.
Soften that beautiful skin of yours with a simple homemade body scrub. Exfoliate and moisturize all over to brighten your skin and help decrease signs of aging.
