This week I wanted to combine two of my favorite things – Pilates and the stability ball!
You ladies know I have always been a HUGE fan of the stability ball — and in Pilates I may love it even more!
The stability ball increases the difficulty of each move AND creates a little resistance for certain exercises — making those abs work over time!
I know you will LOVE adding this routine into your workouts and enjoy the extra challenge just as much as me!
