DIY Relaxing Bubble Bath
There’s nothing I love more than a bath to relax sore muscles at the end of an intense week of workouts.
I’ve talked time and time again about how I love epsom salt baths to help ease sore muscles — but sometimes, a girl just need some bubbles — am I right?!
And I was determined to create a healthy, non-toxic way to enjoy a bubble bath — so obviously I turned to one of my favorite beauty and home products to help create the most luxurious DIY bubble bath — castile soap!
As you already know, I am a lavender fanatic — so naturally, I used lavender castile soap from Dr. Bronner’s. The next thing you’ll need is some vegetable glycerin — it’s amazing at moisturizing your skin — and some extra essential oil (again, I used lavender, but you can use anything that blends well with your castile soap).
This little recipe DIY is literally so simple, and you’ll feel so good about enjoying a relaxing bath without any harsh of toxic chemicals!
P.s. Don’t forget to pour yourself a glass of bubbly during your relaxing bath — there’s nothing better than a bubble bath with some champagne — or wine! š
