Like I mentioned, my goal in 2017 is to release TWO videos each week onto YouTube. I’ll be adding in more recipe videos, and also wellness tips, vlogs, traveling, DIY’s, and just about anything really. I’ve also mention that I want to make The Live Fit Girls more of a “lifestyle” blog.
I want this to be your go-to place for everything healthy and inspiring. So think more posts about keeping a healthy home, inspiring decor, business and blogging resources, fitness fashion, and of course workouts and recipes — with the occasional cocktail 😉 — and general wellness tips.
I’ve actually been doing a little mini “rebranding” over on Pinterest to help me get inspired for upcoming posts. If you want an idea of things to come go check it out. 🙂 And now that I am FINALLY settled into our new place…I can get to WERK on all of these ideas!
But anyway, back to the videos — if you follow over along on YouTube, you may have already seen this tasty little devil so now here is the actually recipe to go along with it.
It’s super tasty and completely grain-free, high in protein, and low glycemic — so it’s a perfect dessert for all you ladies following the nutrition program!
This best part is it’s done in under TWO minutes…just 30 seconds to whip it up, and only a minute to cook!
P.s. In the video I made a double serving! If you’ll be sharing with someone else, you may need to increase your cooking time! 😉
- 3 tablespoons all-natural creamy peanut butter -- I love Justin's
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 large egg
- Whisk all the ingredients into an oversized, microwave-safe mug until the batter is smooth. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the batter is almost completely cooked by not dry looking -- it should be a little "gooey" looking. Remove from the microwave and let cake cool for a minute before eating.
