Today I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite sequences to teach in some of my Pilates classes here in LA. It targets the ENTIRE arm, but really focuses on those beautiful shoulders!
If you’re looking for an arm workout that will give you amazingly sculpted shoulders, and long lean muscles that are just begging for tank top weather, THIS is the workout for you.
All you need for this workout is a set of light weights. I like using three pound weights, but you can also use two or one pounders too…or even no weights at all! It’s still a killer workout without any!
The key to this workout is that you always keep those arms moving. There is very little resting in this sequence, which is why we are using less weights, but we are doing a whole lot of reps and a whole lot of moves…but I promise, this will be your FAVORITE arm workout this summer! 😉
