It’s no secret that I am obsessed with foam rolling. It’s something that I literally do every night before I got to bed and sometimes even a little bit through out the day if I’m feeling really sore and stiff.
Basically, foam rolling is life a self-deep tissue massage…for FREE!
It hurts while you are doing it, and you feel like it can’t possibly be helping you in anyway because, well, it HURTS….but afterwards, you feel incredibly relaxed and de-stressed.
I’ve already shown some of the more basic foam rolling exercises here, but today I wanted to share a few more that I really love enjoying and that are little less painful, and even feel pretty good! You can incorporate these into your regular foam rolling routine, or you can do a few of these mixed in with a few from the basic video. Do whatever works for YOU. It should be what you and YOUR body needs.
