For the apples

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

For the yogurt

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Super Simple Granola

Instructions

For the apples

  1. Slice apples into 1/2 inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté apples and cinnamon for 5-7 minutes, or until soft and lightly browned.

For the yogurt

  1. Mix remaining ingredients, except granola, together.
  2. When apples are finished, layer yogurt, granola, and apples into 2 small bowls.
