Workout Music Playlist 

Alright ladies, so in honor of the #BeachBumChallenge, we have a new workout playlist to help keep you motivated!

This is the longest playlist yet with over 4 HOURS of heart pumping good beats for when you need some motivation to get through a tough workout OR just hanging out on the beach!

I have a few other fun ones, like a “Hip Hop Throwback” playlist, and one called “Bad B*tch” filled with songs from powerful babes like Beyonce and Britney! šŸ˜‰ haha!  

I also have one called, “Sh*t our Parents Listened To” <– funny story about that…way back when, my mom and I dropped my brother off at college one year he had this grungy, hipster roommate that had a mix CD he made, and wrote that title on it…so it stuck with me! It’s filled with tons of classic rock…maybe not the best to workout to, BUT awesome jams for parties and cookouts!

PLUS, you’ll get all of the other LFG Playlists from the past! There are hours and hours of great jams just for you!
