Now that we are so close to the end of our #Lean4Halloween Challenge, we need to start preparing for the big day! Hopefully by now you have already picked out your costumes (I still haven’t! Yikes!), and you are feeling confident about what you will be wearing!
We want to help you with this amazing (and delicious!) Body Scrub recipe! It will get you skin glowing AND your skin will feel silky soft!

However, unlike our Vanilla Bean Scrub and Coconut Lime Scrub, this scrub uses brown sugar, making it a courser scrub, perfect for dry feet, elbows, and knees! (But avoid using it on you face, the sugar crystals are a little TOO course for this…)
The cinnamon in this scrub is an anti inflammatory AND helps fight against bacteria on the skin. It’s also a stimulant and will make your skin absolutely RADIANT! (We do suggest to test a small area on your skin before you go too crazy using this scrub, if you have very sensitive skin you may want to use less cinnamon!)


Brown Sugar & Spice Scrub
- Prep Time: 5
- Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight jar.
Notes
- Be careful when using in the tub! It gets slippery!
