I have recently gotten into JUICING…no not steroids! HA! Fruit juice!
I have had a juicer for years and never really used it…until NOW! I use it everyday! The first juice I ever had was a Carrot Apple Ginger Juice from this little juice bar in Brooklyn. I recreated it and I have it once or twice a week in addition to my green juices.
It has a little pinch of Cayenne for a little KICK! Which is great because cayenne is great for boosting up your metabolism and also helps decrease hunger!Print
- 3 large carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 red apple, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lemon, skin removed
- 1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled
- pinch cayenne
- Juice all fruits and vegetables, alternating between them. Add a pinch of cayenne and stir in.
- Serving Size: 1
