Ok, so my love of pizza is by no means a secret…After living in NYC with some of the best pizza in the world, I admit I have a little addiction to pizza.
Luckily, I have found a few different ways to enjoy one of my favorite cheat meal in a healthy way, so that I can enjoy it a little bit more regularly!
My Ultra Skinny Pizza recipe from over a year ago is still one of my go-to healthy pizza recipes…but THIS Cauliflower Crust Pizza is also one of my favorite recipe too!
I mentioned this on my Instagram account last week, but with the holidays right around the corner…and the new year fastly approaching I feel like I am going hyper-speed behind the scenes to get a million things done AND to begin planning and for the chaos of a new year!
I have SO MUCH in store for the new year and I can’t WAIT to share it all with you in the next month or two!
And with all this craziness going on behind the scenes…I have seriously been slipping on posts on here!

For the Crust
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
For the Pizza Sauce
- 1 – 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper taste
- 1/4 cup fresh grated part-skim mozzarella
- 1/4 cup small broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- Serving Size: 1
