  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with extra shredded coconut and hemp seeds if desired.
