DIY Smoothie Packs

Ingredients

Scale

For ONE Freezer Pack

  • 1 large kale leaf
  • 1 medium collard green
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1/2 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)

When Making the Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

For Each Smoothie Pack

  1. Cut veggies and fruit into 1-2 inch pieces so that they blend easily once frozen. Place everything in a plastic baggie, and freeze until ready to make your smoothie.

To Make the Smoothie

  1. Pour the coconut water and ice into the blender and add one entire smoothie pack. Blend until liquified.
  2. Enjoy! 🙂
