Green Ginger Juice
This is probably my most favorite GREEN JUICE at the moment! It’s so refreshing and gives me such a burst of energy in the morning!
The ginger is great for when I don’t have time to eat for a few hours because it suppresses appetite and is also great for FAT BURNING. Ginger raises your blood temperature to kick start you metabolism — it’s one of my all time favorite fat burning spices!

Ingredients
- 3–4 leaves kale
- 1 green apple, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lemon, skin removed
- 1 inch fresh ginger
Instructions
- Juice all ingredients alternating between fruits and vegetables.
