One-Minute HEALTHY Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Got another quick one for ya today ladies — literally, this recipe only takes a minute! πŸ˜‰

Like I mentioned, my goal in 2017 is to release TWO videos each week onto YouTube. I’ll be adding in more recipe videos, and also wellness tips, vlogs, traveling, DIY’s, and just about anything really. I’ve also mention that I want to make The Live Fit Girls more of a “lifestyle” blog.

But anyway, back to the videos — if you follow over along on YouTube, you may have already seen this tasty little devil so now here is the actually recipe to go along with it.

It’s super tasty and completely grain-free, high in protein, and low glycemic — so it’s a perfect dessert for all you ladies following the nutrition program!

This best part is it’s done in under TWO minutes…just 30 seconds to whip it up, and only a minute to cook!

All you do if mix your ingredients right into a big mug, cook it in right in there,  and a minute later — a tasty gooey peanut buttery treat!

One-Minute HEALTHY Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural creamy peanut butter — I love Justin’s
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients into an oversized, microwave-safe mug until the batter is smooth. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the batter is almost completely cooked by not dry looking — it should be a little “gooey” looking. Remove from the microwave and let cake cool for a minute before eating.
