Lower Body Towel Workout

I’m bringing back another Fit Girl Favorite!!

My first total body towel workout was one of my first “popular” workouts on The Live Fit Girls, so I thought I would bring it back a create a workout to target your legs and BOOTY!

This workout will not only tone your legs, but it will also raise your heart rate to really boost your metabolism. You’ll love this workout because all you need are some old dish towels…and not to worry, if you have carpet floor, just grab some paper plates – or even invest in some sliders! This workout is perfect to do when traveling or when you don’t feeling hitting up the gym.
