No Equipment HIIT Workout

If you didn’t notice…the website got a small little makeover over the last few days. The biggest different you may have noticed is the homepage! There is a beautiful new picture slider that displays some of my current favorite and most popular recipes and workouts. Also, the homepage layout is a bit different. I am hoping it is a bit more beautiful to the eye and keeps you coming back for more! ๐Ÿ˜‰

But on that note, because I do all of the web design myself I was a littleeeeee bit caught up with that the last few days and therefore wasn’t able to film a workout this week. BUT, there is still a new workout for you!

Here is a No Equipment HIIT Workout. This is the perfect workout if you are traveling or want to head outside to a park or the beach! You can do this entire workout with just your bodyweight and get an amazing full body workout in just 20 minutes!

Perform each exercise as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and do the second exercise in the round. Alternate between each exercise for a total of 8 sets for each round. Take a 1 minute break and repeat on the next round. Each round should take 5 minutes, including rest. The whole workout is only 20 minutes long. Now get to it! You have no excuses! ๐Ÿ˜‰
