You ladies know I have always been a HUGE fan of the stability ball — And since I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years now it’s safe to safe I am obsessed with it too. So when you combine Pilates with the stability ball, I may love both even more!
The stability ball increases the difficulty of each move AND creates a little resistance for certain exercises. So when you do Pilates with the stability ball you’re going to be super sculpting those abs in even less time! But, this workout in particular is a full body workout that will target your abs, abs, and legs all in one!
