Tangerine Whipped Body Butter

Whipped Body Butter
You already know how much we love homemade bath and skincare products from recipes like our lavender bath salts all the way to our natural coconut oil deodorant, but Whipped Body Butter is one of our #LiveFitSummer beauty products!

This simple recipe combines our all time favorite coconut oil with organic, fair-trade Shea Butter! It’s weightless and will leave your skin feeling SO soft after a sun-kissed glow from a day at the beach!

Whipped Body Butter
Shea butter definitely one of our all-natural beauty must-haves. Shea butter is an unsaturated fat that comes from a nut on Shea trees in Western Africa. Tribes in Africa have been using Shea butter for centuries on their skin and it is believed to be one of the best products in the world to protect the skin from the sun and dehydration.

Why we ♡ Shea Butter

♥︎ helps repair and prevent wrinkles, fine lines and scars
♥︎ helps in the production of collagen, making skin stronger, softer, and younger looking and feeling
♥︎ provides extra moisture, vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients to skin in harsh winter-climates as well as in after-sun care
♥︎ helps heal skin disorders and problems such as eczema, hives & rashes, insect bites, burns and minor cuts
♥︎ calms the skin and helps with irritations and inflammation
♥︎ all-natural and safe to use on babies, including using it as a diaper-rash cream

So naturally, with all of the benefits from Shea butter as well as the benefits from coconut oil this amazing body butter is like the fountain of youth! 😉 We LOVE to slather this on after the beach and let our skin soak up all that goodness! It feels amazing when you know you are doing something great for your skin with all natural products!
