The Best Kitchen Tools for Weight Loss

Last week I put together 10 of the Best Pieces of Equipment for you home gym to help you reach your goals and New Year’s resolutions, so this week I wanted to put together a list of some of the best kitchen tools to help you reach your goals as well.

These are all tools that I have, and that have helped ME, my clients, and my friends, all live healthy and happy lives.

These tools making eating healthy not only easy, but enjoyable enjoyable…which as you know is the only way to make lifestyle changes stick for good!

Spiralizer – Need to fit in more veggies? Trying to cut back on carbs a little bit? Spiralizers are where it’s at! You can create SO MANY different kinds of noodles and can make skinny noodles, thick noodles, or salads, “pastas”, or slaws with so much ease! {{buy here}}
