We will be starting January 2nd, 2022!
The program is twelve weeks long and will run from 1/2/2022 through 3/26/2022.
When will the LIVE workouts and calls take place?
We will be scheduling the workouts and calls according to the participants schedules. But the times will NOT be changing weekly. So once they are set, the participants will be sent an email.
We will most likely be having one weeknight call, and one weekday morning call. Most likely one around 5pm EST and one around 8am EST, but the times are subject to change.
What if I can’t make it to one of more of the LIVE workouts?
Every workout and Q+A Session will be recorded and added to you member portal so that you can always rewatch them, or catch up if you missed it.
What if weight loss isnāt my goal? I just want to feel better and eat healthier.

How long are the workouts and live trainings?
I know you are busy! So most of the workouts are right around 30 minutes.
The LIVE trainings will be a 30 minute workout, followed by a Q+A Session, and sharing our wins and our breakdowns each week.
The On-Demand Library of workouts in The Fitness Collective App range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes with most right around 25-30 minutes.
When will my one-on-one calls with Deanna be?
Each one-on-one call with Deanna will individually scheduled for both regular members and VIP members.
What is the difference between a VIP Membership and the regular options?
VIP members will receive TWELVE 30 Minute one-on-one calls with Deanna, one per week.
These can be used any way you choose whether you would like to use them as personal training sessions, strategy calls to set you week up for success, additional nutrition guidance, or working through barriers you may be facing, OR all of the above!
