About 10 years ago I was 30 pounds overweight, and so humiliated with myself.

The girl in the photos from 2010, is someone I don’t even recognize anymore.

She was 30 pounds heavier. She lacked confidence, self-love, and any self-worth.

She would punish herself for eating “bad” foods with hours on the elliptical or cardio equipment.

The program is twelve weeks long and will run with the first modules releasing on 7/15/2022 and our last group coaching call on through 10/6/2022.
