16piecesHomemade Graham Crackers (or store-bought)
8piecesHigh-Quality Marshmallows (or 1 large banana, sliced)
8Squares Dark Chocolate (70% cacao or higher)
1pack Wood Skewers (for roasting the marshmallows or banana slices)
Instructions
Set Up:Prepare your fire pit, grill, or gas stove for roasting the marshmallows or banana slices.
Assemble the Base:Place 8 graham crackers on a plate. Top each with a square of dark chocolate.
Toast the Marshmallows/Banana: Skewer a marshmallow or banana slice and carefully toast it over the heat until it’s golden and gooey.
Assemble the S'more: Place the toasted marshmallow or banana slice on top of the chocolate, then top with another graham cracker. Press the graham crackers together gently, let the chocolate melt slightly, and enjoy your healthier s’more!
Notes
Go Slow with the Marshmallows: Toast them slowly for a perfectly gooey interior without burning the exterior.
Try New Flavors: Add a thin layer of nut butter, a sprinkle of sea salt, or a dash of cinnamon for a unique twist.
Get Creative: Use flavored dark chocolates like mint, orange, or salted caramel for an extra burst of flavor.
