Watermelon Ginger Cayenne Juice

I just posted this over on my Instagram and had to share it with you lovely ladies!

This may be one of may favorite new juices right now! 

There are SO MANY fat burning benefits from this juice!

♥ Watermelon contains loads of potassium which helps regulate your sodium levels to help fight bloating and belly fat. It also contains an antioxidant called citrulline, which turns into the amino acid, arginine, which can help reduce fat storage in the body and improve cardiovascular function.

♥ Lemon juice contains citric acid, which helps your digestive system work more efficiently. Lemons AND watermelon are also both highly alkalizing, meaning it will bring your body’s natural pH balance back towards neutral, which is important for proper body function and, in turn, fat burning ability.

♥ Ginger & Cayenne are some of our most favorite fat burning spices because they both raise your body’s core temperature which can speed up your metabolism!

Fat Burning Watermelon Juice


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/8 small watermelon
  • 1/2 lemon, rind removed
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Alternate juicing watermelon, lemon, and ginger.
  2. Add a pinch of cayenne and mix well.
  3. Enjoy!
