Today, I’m talking about my new favorite juice: fat-burning watermelon juice! I’ve been adding this juice to my routine for the past few weeks, and I couldn’t wait to share it here as well!

Fat Burning Watermelon Juice!

This fat-burning watermelon juice is a refreshing and nutritious way to start your day. Packed with hydrating watermelon, zesty lemon, and a kick of ginger and cayenne, this juice supports digestion, boosts metabolism, and keeps you feeling energized.   • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Glass for serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 small small watermelon cut into chunks
  • 1/2 lemon rind removed
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Cut the watermelon into manageable chunks. Remove the rind from the lemon and peel the ginger.

  • Juice the Ingredients:
    If using a juicer, alternate between juicing the watermelon, lemon, and ginger to ensure even mixing of flavors. If using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
  • Add Cayenne Pepper:
    Pour the juice into a glass and add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste, especially if you’re not used to spicy flavors.
