Watermelon Juice for Weight Loss
Equipment
- 1 Juicer (or blender with a fine-mesh strainer)
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Measuring spoons
- 1 Glass for serving
Ingredients
- 1/8 small small watermelon cut into chunks
- 1/2 lemon rind removed
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:Cut the watermelon into manageable chunks. Remove the rind from the lemon and peel the ginger.

- Juice the Ingredients:If using a juicer, alternate between juicing the watermelon, lemon, and ginger to ensure even mixing of flavors. If using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.

- Add Cayenne Pepper:Pour the juice into a glass and add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste, especially if you’re not used to spicy flavors.

- Mix and Serve:Stir the juice well to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately over ice, if desired, and enjoy your refreshing, fat-burning watermelon juice!

Notes
- Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best flavor and health benefits, use fresh, ripe watermelon and organic ginger and lemon whenever possible.
- Adjust the Spice: If you prefer a milder juice, start with a small pinch of cayenne and ginger. You can always add more if you like a spicier kick.
- Make It a Smoothie: For a thicker, more filling version, blend the ingredients with ice and skip the straining step.
