Well, these Skinny Holiday Cocktails are the perfect way to enjoy traditional holiday drinks. With healthier, low-fat and less sugary ingredients, these drinks are a safe way to have your cocktail and drink it too this holiday season!

Just remember these tips for staying lean this holiday season while having a few figure-friendly cocktails!

β™₯ Always drink a full glass of water between each cocktail. Limit yourself to no more 2-3 cocktails, only a couple times a week.

β™₯ Make sure you eat a healthy dinner full of protein before enjoying you favorite drinks to help prevent you from making unhealthy decisions after you start to get a little tipsy! πŸ˜‰

β™₯ Stick to sparkling water and a seltzer water as a base for your cocktails or spritzers. Wine spritzers with 1/2 seltzer and 1/2 wine or champagne can cut calories in half!

Skinny Chocolate Martini


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces Godiva Liqueur
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 2 ounces milk – low fat, almond, or coconut

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with idea and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a mini candy cane! πŸ˜‰

  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce milk – low fat, almond, or coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • crushed peppermints

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with crushed peppermint.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Candy Cane Cocktail


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce white creme de menthe
  • 2 ounces prosecco
  • splash grenadine

Instructions

  1. Shake vodka and cremem de menthe with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with prosecco and splash with grenadine.
  3. Garnish with a mini candy cane!

Gingerbread Martini


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce cinnamon schnapps
  • 1 ounce milk – low fat, almond, or coconut
  • organic brown sugar to garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with brown sugar.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon!

“The Grinch”


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ounce green apple schnapps
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 3 ounces prosecco

Instructions

  1. Shake schnapps and vodka with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with prosecco and garnish with a cherry!
